NeXR Technologies SE: Insolvency plan being drawn up \/ Shareholders to lose all shares without compensation<\/p>\n

Berlin, December 4, 2024 – In the insolvency proceedings concerning the assets of NeXR Technologies SE (ISIN: DE000A1K03W5), the insolvency administrator Prof. Dr. Torsten Martini is preparing an insolvency plan. An essential part of the plan is to reduce the company’s debt and to sell and transfer the current shares to an investor, MERIDIANA Capital Group GmbH from Hamburg. Existing shareholders are not to receive any compensation for the loss of their shares. The investor intends to maintain the stock exchange listing. After preparation and examination, the insolvency plan will be presented to the creditors for voting at a discussion and voting meeting.<\/p>\n
